Are there any hidden charges?
No. Your BOQ includes everything we build. Only extra civil fixes, scope changes, or brand upgrades affect cost—and we show the price impact before you approve.
What if I change something mid-project?
We follow a simple change-order process: updated drawing → price/time impact → your approval → execution. No surprises, just clear choices.
What warranty do you provide?
Flat 10-Year Warranty on modular manufacturing and installation, plus brand warranties on hardware/fixtures as applicable. You receive a digital warranty kit at handover. (T&Cs apply.)
How long does a typical project take?
After design freeze, production and installation follow a shared milestone calendar. For standard scopes, we offer a 45-Day Move-In Guarantee when site is ready and dependencies are clear. (T&Cs apply.)
Can I hire you for design-only?
Absolutely. You get layouts, 3D views, service drawings, and an BOQ you can execute with any contractor. We’re available for periodic reviews if you need.
